TRANSPORT-12007 - USA (Plattsburgh, New York) - Bus Transportation for Intercollegiate Athletics Service - Deadline October 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide bus transportation for intercollegiate athletics service to the government authority located in Plattsburgh, NY.• All buses are required to be at least thirty–six (36) or fifty–four (54) passenger over the roadcoaches equipped with lavatory, heat and air conditioning, video and Wi–Fi capabilities. • The contractor will be responsible for substitute transportation in the event of a vehiclebreakdown during a trip.• Vehicles must be in compliance with all applicable agency of Motor Vehicles Rules and Regulations.• Vehicles must be equipped with first–aid and fire extinguishers• Vehicles must be maintained daily in a clean, safe, and reliable operating condition.• The Contractor will be responsible for the following:A. Driver meals, incidentals and gratuitiesB. Fuel and repair parts and laborC. Traffic fines and penalties, including those for moving violations and mechanicalfailures.• Soccer – Men’s and Women’s – These teams travel separately, but their needs are thesame.• Cross Country – The listed start time for this sport is usually the first of two races.• Ice Hockey – Men’s and Women’s – The team wants to be at the competition site two(2) hours before the game.• Basketball – Men’s and Women’s – These teams travel together most of the time.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
