CSE-24010 - USA (Peoria, Illinois) - Security Services - Deadline July 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security services to the government authority located in Peoria, IL.• Security officers will not have arrest powers.• Security officers will keep a written record of all visitors’ entry from the building and be able to provide the record upon request of the city manager or his designee. There will also be a nightly sweep of the building to make sure all visitors have departed.• Two security officers must be present, with at least one that is armed during all regular business hours Monday–Friday 0715hrs–1715hrs. Except for all official city holidays in which the building is closed to the public.• Security officers will be expected to man the first floor at all times due to the entrance doors.• Security officers will also be expected to regularly check the building for security purposes, with access to two–way radios for communication between officers.• Two security officers will also be required at other large–scale meetings scheduled by necessity.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
