(1) Vendor needs to provide sign language interpretation services.– Provide American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation services for City agencies, including but not limited to in–person interpretation, Video Remote Interpreting (VRI), and virtual platform interpretation.– Tactile Interpreting (DeafBlind)– Oral Interpreting and Oral Transliteration– Deaf Interpreter Services– High–Stakes and Specialized Interpreting(2) The contract period will be for three years.
