The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes from qualified Contractors for the replacement of an existing dishwashing machine at the Newport News Juvenile Detention Center, located at 350 25 th Street Newport News, VA. 23607, in accordance with the specifications of this RFQ.
