CONS-22712 - USA (Pontiac, Michigan) - Construction Manager Services - Deadline August 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager services to the government authority located in Pontiac, MI.– Professional will complete the design documents, the project will be competitively bid by the construction manager to trade contractors or a general contractor as determined by the city, and construction will proceed in accordance with the approved contract documents.– This project will also include improvements to site paving, exterior site lighting, perimeter fencing and gate updates, Site access, staging, parking, etc.– Renovations to 1st Level garage, shops, storage, and staff support spaces, including four new permanent vehicle hoists selected by the owner (installed by the cm); fencing around tools and oil storage; a new floor drain at the wash bay; men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers, toilets, sinks, and lockers; sign shop ventilation for fumes, air compressor, and one private office; and one private office for the electrical shop.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Non–Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 30, 2026.
