(1) Vendor needs to provide community supports IT systems to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.– Support maintenance and operations, including help desk support, and enhancement services for the full suite of community supports IT systems, including as legacy and ancillary community supports IT system components are consolidated.– System and enhancements, which broadly include solution maintenance, access management, defect and incident management, integration and interfaces, service desk, and software deployment.– Solution that captures waiver and non–waiver functionality for case managers and waiver service providers via a web–based system.– Maintain provider profiles in the portal and have the ability to add and deactivate services and counties, update profiles, request and deactivate privileges, and facilitate referrals.– Integrated management portal.– Develop, execute, and manage processes and procedures required to provide technical and functional support for the community supports IT Systems.– Keep system requirements and user stories updated to reflect the latest changes as part of enhancement execution.– Help desk support.– Incident and problem management.– Application management.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.(3) A pre–bid conference will be held on July 30, 2026.
