(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural engineering design services to the government authority located in Dover, DE.• Architectural Services – Planning and design of new park buildings; Renovation of existing buildings; Evaluation and restoration of historic structures.• Surveying – Property, Topographic, and Bathometric. Firms should note experience in providing surveys and coordinating county approvals/recordings.• Civil Engineering – Site Design, Stormwater Management, Wastewater Infrastructure, Drinking WaterInfrastructure, Road Design, and Trail Design, Environmental permitting, land use permitting, and habitat restoration.• Structural Engineering – Evaluation and design of buildings components, wood structures, and bridges• Marine Engineering – Design, evaluation, and inspection of marine structures including piers, docks, and boat ramps. • Geotechnical Engineering –soil investigations for use in the design of foundations for structures, earthen structures, and pavement subgrades• Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering – The design and evaluation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure• Landscape Architecture –Planning and design of outside spaces including habitat restoration.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
