(1) Vendor needs to provide medical and RX stop loss service to the government authority located in Georgetown, TX. – Provide specific and aggregate medical/RX stop loss insurance for the city’s self–funded medical and prescription drug plans.– Coverage is intended to protect the city from catastrophic individual claims and aggregate plan volatility while coordinating with the city’s medical/RX administrator, plan documents, and claims administration processes.– Provide a dedicated account and service contact and identify the personnel responsible for underwriting, claims reimbursement, and escalation support.– Claim appeal, reconsideration, and dispute process, including escalation contacts and expected response times.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026.
