CLEANING-13416 - USA (Fort Myers, Florida) - Pressure Cleaning Services - Deadline August 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pressure cleaning services to the government authority located in Fort Myers, FL. – The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, permits, and incidentals necessary to perform interior and exterior painting services.– Painting services shall include the preparation, repair, priming, and painting of interior and exterior building surfaces.– Surface preparation shall include cleaning, pressure washing where necessary, scraping loose or peeling paint, sanding, caulking, patching cracks and holes, repairing minor drywall, stucco, wood, and other substrates, removing rust and corrosion, and applying appropriate primers to ensure proper adhesion of finish coatings.– Interior painting services may include walls, ceilings, doors, door frames, trim, baseboards, cabinets, mechanical rooms, storage areas, offices, classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and other interior building components as identified in individual Job Orders.– Exterior painting services may include building facades, stucco, concrete, masonry, wood siding, metal surfaces, doors, railings, bollards, fences, fascia, soffits, utility structures, and other exterior improvements owned or maintained by the agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
