CLEANING-14009 - USA (Raleigh, North Carolina) - Window Cleaning Services - Deadline October 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide for window cleaning services to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.– The purpose of this contract is to preserve and maintain the cleanliness of the windows of property managed.– The vendor must possess, maintain, and utilize specialized unmanned aircraft systems (uas), commonly referred to as a drone, specifically engineered for commercial exterior cleaning.– Window cleaning: drone systems utilized for window cleaning must feature automated or precision controlled pure–water/deionized water systems to produce a spot–free finish under normal conditions, without chemical residue. Areas failing to meet the specified cleaning standard shall be re–cleaned at no additional cost.– Power and soft washing drone systems utilized for facade or rooftop glass cleaning must be capable of precision–metered chemical application (surfactants/biocides) to eliminate organic growth, soot, and pollution staining without damaging sensitive architectural elements or glazing. (2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
