Armsdale Road Drainage Improvements – Phase 2

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace the existing cross drains on Armsdale Road North near Stations 10+80 and 19+40; install proposed elliptical reinforced concrete pipe, endwalls, inlets, outlet pipe, and drainage improvements within the roadway right-of-way and associated drainage easements; install outlet protection and riprap within the 20-foot unobstructed drainage easement; remove and replace existing headwalls, ditch paving, riprap, pavement, sidewalk, and other affected improvements; perform ditch grading, swale realignment, and site restoration; complete required JEA water main and force main utility adjustments; provide erosion and sediment control, maintenance of traffic, pavement marking replacement, sodding, and all related work necessary to provide a complete and functional drainage improvement in accordance with the construction plans, City of Jacksonville standards, JEA standards, and applicable permit requirements.
