(1) Vendor needs to provide printing and mailing services to the government authority located in California. • Provide printing, processing, and mailing services for notification letters• Secure a vendor to efficiently print, prepare, and mail notification letters to property owners on a recurring basis, in compliance with statutory requirements and county standards.• Receive image of County’s return address• Receive electronic files from the County on a weekly basis.• Files will contain mailing information and letter content.• Vendor must ensure secure handling of all data.• Paper and print quality must meet standard professional mailing requirements.• Print County’s return address image on envelope• Collate printed documents.• Apply appropriate postage (e.g., First–Class Mail unless otherwise directed).• Deliver to the United States Postal Service within agreed turnaround times.• Utilize address standardization and presorting if available to reduce costs.• Estimated average: 500 letters per week• Potential peak volume: up to 1,100 letters per week• Volumes are estimates only and not guaranteed.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
