(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Montgomery, AL.– Cleaning includes daily Monday through Friday, excluding State of holidays, quarterly, and annual tasks.– Empty all trash cans and replace liners as needed.– Empty recycle bins and keep separate from general trash.– Vacuum all carpeted areas and indoor rugs.– Vacuum or sweep and mop all tiled flooring.– Clean and disinfect drinking fountains.– Clean and disinfect break rooms counter tops and sinks.– Clean and disinfect al kitchenette areas within each section throughout the building.– Clean all glass on entry and corridor doors.– Empty all trash cans and replace liners.– Clean all glass mirrors.– Empty smoking urns, wipe clean, and replace liners.– Sweep all rugs.– Clean blinds, sills, and inside glass on all windows.– Daily tasks must start no earlier than 2:00 PM.
