DES-2650 - USA (San Diego, California) - Medical Record Storage and Destruction Services - Deadline July 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide medical record storage and destruction services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.– Requires NARA certified offsite, storage, retrieval, document transportation, destruction services of medical records, and patients’ files.  – Off–site records management services include filing and organizing records, round–the–clock security, and automated tracking and management support.– Documents (paper data) shall be destroyed (shredded) using crosscut shredders which produce particles that are 1x5 millimeters in size, or to pulverize/disintegrate paper materials using disintegrator devices equipped with 3/32–inch security screen.– Paper records that contain Personal Identifiable Information (PII) or Protected Health Information (PHI) must be destroyed by shredding, burning, pulping, macerating as a final destruction method(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) This bid is set aside for Service–Disabled Veteran–Owned Small Business
