DES-2714 - USA (Dover, Delaware) - Secure Document and Data Destruction Services - Deadline October 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide secure document and data destruction services to the government authority located in Dover, DE.– Contractor is to furnish all labor, materials, supplies and transportation necessary for secure document destruction and secure data and media destruction.– Provide secure containers which will be used for the deposit of materials to be transported to the approved location for destruction.– When the destruction involves sensitive data and federal tax information material, the agency may require items to be destroyed onsite at the agency’s location.– Container inside pickup:– Vendor provides locking bins and places bins inside facility.– Box bulk pickup:– Vendor picks up boxes from agency loading dock, inside building, or an approved off–site event location as required by agency.– Pick up and secure transport or destruction of Haz–mat documents:– Provides appropriate safety and environmentally compliant transport container or packaging.– On–site secure destruction of documents:– Provides crosscut shredding equipment for on–site secure destruction.– Digital and magnetic media destruction:– Securely degauss or electromagnetically erase any magnetic media to be moved off–site for destruction, with prior agency approval.– Render data access from the materials infeasible via state–of–the–art laboratory techniques by shredding, pulverizing, disintegration, or incineration.– Always maintain strict control of materials during the degaussing and destruction processes.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
