EXTRA-74659 - USA (North Dakota) - Student Retention Study Services - Deadline September 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide student retention study services to the government authority located in ND.– Review existing education, workforce, and community datasets to identify data availability, gaps, and integration needs.– Analyze statewide data to determine who is leaving and why, when departures occur, geographic trends, and correlations with academic pathways, financial factors, completion rates, and employment outcomes.– Identify opportunities for cross agency data sharing to support long term student outcomes tracking.– Deliver quantitative insights that highlight priority populations, high risk transitions, and regions of concern.– Conduct focus groups, interviews, and surveys with students (including recent graduates and first year college students), families, educators, employers, and other stakeholders.– Engage partners to refine research questions and validate findings.– Evaluate current programs supporting education, training, and student employment.– Identify opportunities to modify existing programs or develop new targeted interventions.– Identify themes related to belonging, financial constraints, career fit, quality of life, and perceptions of in state opportunity.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
