CLEANING-13818 - USA (Tampa, Florida) - Janitorial Services - Deadline October 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Tampa, FL. – Empty and clean, inside, and out, all waste receptacles. Replace plastic liners daily. Tie liners so that appearance is neat. Liners shall not be allowed to hang on the outside of receptacle.– Clean all push plates and kick plates inside and out.– Clean and polish all mirrors, bright work, chrome pipes, and fittings. Mirrors, chrome and other metal surfaces shall be free from streaks, dirt, dust, and stains and shall present a high shine.– Clean and sanitize all sinks and polish bright work. Surfaces and fixtures shall be free of dirt, spots, and mineral deposits.– Dust or wipe all horizontal surfaces. Remove all spots, stains, scuffmarks, and handprints.– Remove all trash and sweep sidewalks for all entrances/exits to the building. Ensure that all trash and debris around perimeter of building is picked up daily.– Thoroughly sweep and mop ceramic tile floors with solution of neutral cleaner; remove stains, gum, adhesive materials, etc. Do not use cleaners containing soap products, oils, and/or alkaline.– Pour five gallons of clean water down each floor drain.– Machine scrub all tile, composite tile, VCT, mosaic, epoxy, terrazzo and concrete floors, as needed.– Brush/vacuum fabric furniture as needed. Particular attention shall be paid to cracks/crevices and underneath cushions of chairs and couches.– All Woodend flooring (Dance/Basketball courts, and Marley) need to be clean with the proper cleaning solution such as Stage Step floor cleaner once a week.– Clean all ceiling fan blades.– All restrooms shall be cleaned daily and before the opening of the center to the public.– Clean and refill soap, toilet tissue, paper towel, toilet seat cover dispensers, and disposable liners for sanitary napkin cans. Dispensers shall be free from dust, dirt, fingerprints, etc. All supplies to be stocked so as to preclude running out of any items.– Clean and polish all mirrors, bright work, chrome pipes and fittings. Mirrors, chrome, and other metal surfaces shall be free from streaks, dirt, dust, and stains and shall present a high shine.– Clean and disinfect all water fountains and water bubblers.– Clean and refill soap, toilet tissue, paper towel and toilet seat cover dispensers. Dispensers shall be free from dust, dirt, fingerprints, etc. All supplies to be stocked so as to preclude running out of any items.– Clean and disinfect all water fountains and water bubblers located within the restroom facility(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 16, 2026.
