Description
The City of Ocean City is seeking a contractor to reconstruct the Ocean City boardwalk from St. James to 5th Street as outlined in the specifications and plans. The City is a subrecipient of the Boardwalk Preservation Fund Grant Program and has been awarded monies to reconstruct various sections of the boardwalk. This Grant program is disbursed through the American Rescue Plan Act - Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund (CSFRF) and thus has Federal requirements.
