(1) Vendor needs to provide traffic count services to the government authority located in Brighton, CO. • Provide traffic data collection services, to include turning movement counts, average daily traffic counts, speed and classification data, and bicycle and pedestrian counts.• Provide the County data in both Microsoft Excel and PDF formats. Use of other digital formatting software requires prior approval.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 1, 2026.
