CLEANING-13644 - USA (Camden, New Jersey) - Janitorial Services - Deadline September 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Camden, NJ.– Equipment and supplies shall include but are not limited to: cleaning and disinfecting solutions, brooms, dust pans and cloths, mop bucket with wringer systems, mop heads, vacuums, wet floor signs, strip and wax machine, etc. – Provide liners for all trash cans, toilet tissue, hand towels and hand soap for all locations. (MSDS Sheets and safe chemicals must be utilized) – Clean the entire building – All waste containers in the multipurpose room, kitchen, offices and classrooms shall be emptied. • Clean and disinfect doors, walls, handles, handrails and drinking fountains. • Damp wipes all tables • All surfaces shall be dusted, and shall include window ledges, light fixtures, common areas, furnishings, signage, tables and chairs. • Spot clean all office partition glass, including doors as needed. • Sweep tile floors, damp mop the floors and clean the baseboard. • Restrooms – Empty all containers, wipe them clean and replace the liners. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 9, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
