MRB-56885 - USA (North Carolina) - Holiday Express Event Program Manager Services - Deadline September 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide holiday express event program manager services.– Holiday Express event that can provide specialized event knowledge and contribute to planning, execution, and post–event activities.– Provide a suggested list of stakeholders and vendor needs for event planning purposes leading up to the event. – Consult with ticketing partners to structure the event ticket sale. – Be present virtually on the ticket sale date to provide support and direction as needed. – Review and design event layout/operational documents and consult about the viability of the overall event plan and individual experiences. – Provide consultation in lead–up to the event regarding lighting, decor and experience setup. – Provide up to 4 days of on–site support either during setup or during the event, scheduled in advance. – Hold virtual meetings 3 times weekly with the event manager leading up to the event and check in daily on event manager as needed. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.
