(1) Vendor needs to provide row and easement acquisition services to the government authority located in Balch Springs, TX. • This project involves providing services including, but not necessarily limited to the acquisitions of land, rights of way, easement, real estate appraisal (friendly and through condemnation), etc. on behalf of the city in an effort to advance the city’s trail phase 1A capital improvement plan project.• Initiate meetings with property owners to request donation or sale of property needed for right–of–way, or easements, and discuss the merits and benefits of the project with owners.• Conduct subsequent meetings with property owners to discuss donations or sale of property and negotiate a final settlement.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on June 16, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
