(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial and custodial services to the government authority located in Nanuet, NY. – Hand towels, toilet tissue, liquid germicidal hand soaps, floor dry, hand cleanser, conditioner, and dispensers.– Mechanical dispensers located within the areas serviced shall be maintained.– All switch plates in offices, bathrooms, hallways or lobby must be cleaned and disinfected.– All accessible floor areas shall be swept or dust mopped. contractor employees’ are to lift all walk–off mats to facilitate sweeping, dusting or mopping.– All accessible floor areas shall be damp and wet mopped. after being mopped, the floor shall have a uniform appearance with no streaks, swirl marks, detergent residue, or any evidence of soil, stains, film debris, or standing water.– After glass cleaning there shall be no traces of film, dirt, smudges, water or other foreign matter.– After being vacuumed, the carpet shall be free of all visible liter and soil.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–bid mandatory meeting will be held on July 29, 2026.
