(1) Vendor needs to provide permanent dynamic message signs installation service.– Dynamic message signs (DMS) with NTCIP Requirements” for light emitting diode (LED)–fixed.– DMS mounting hardware shall be provided by the manufacturer capable of mounting to two vertical steel wide flange beams spaced at 12’–0” on centers.– Integrations shall include real–time device monitoring, message posting, graphics posting, and support various fonts, including those designated.– IP addressable sign controller capable of controlling at least 3 sign panels as separate DMS.– The DMS shall be full color, full matrix with LED display.– A test sign and camera showing the sign display will be provided.– Provide NTCIP compliant software for stand–alone and remote acceptance testing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
