Vendor needs to provide public relations services. – Provide general public relations services;• Monitor publications of and relating to the solid waste industry and the Legislature for matters affecting the administration, operation and functions of the agency;• Analyses legislation for its potential impact on the agency;• Prepare statements for use by the agency’s Board and Executive Director;• Attend meetings and/or hearings of the agency, if requested;• Prepare position papers, correspondence and other original literature and communications on behalf of the agency;
