(1) Vendor needs to provide crisis residential placement service to the government authority located in ID.a. The home must be structurally sound and equipped and maintained to ensure the safety of participantsb. When natural or man–made hazards are present, suitable fences, guards, and railings must be provided to protect the participants according to their need for supervision as documented in their plan of servicec. The premises of the emergency placement home must be kept free from the accumulation of weeds, trash, and rubbish.d. Smoke detectors must be installed in sleeping rooms, hallways, on each level of the home, and as recommended by the local fire district.e. Any locks installed on exit doors must be easily opened from the inside without the use of keys or any special knowledge.f. Portable heating devices of any kind are prohibited.g. Homes that use fuel–fired stoves must provide adequate railings or other approved protection designed to prevent participants from coming into contact with the stove surfaces.h. Each participant's sleeping room must have a window that can be easily opened from the inside. The windowsill height must not be more than forty–four (44) inches from above the finished floor. Window openings must be at least twenty–two (22) inches in width and height(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 27, 2026
