(1) Vendor needs to provide graphic design services.– Design pages for the activity guide.– Provide graphic design services, including the creation of original graphics, incorporation of stock photography, and editorial modifications as needed to optimize layout, readability, and visual presentation.– Able to work at a highly professional level with photo editing software.– Perform various photo editing, including resizing photos, retouching, background and spot removal, and color manipulation.– All electronic documents and digital publications provided to the town shall be created in an accessible format that supports use by individuals with disabilities and assistive technologies, including screen readers.– Accessible hyperlinks and navigation elements.– Able to produce a product that has original designs and some computer aided design graphics, while incorporating stock photos and photos provided by the Town to fill the layout and create a visually pleasing read.– Create a visually engaging, editorial–quality layout that feels modern and dynamic.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
