(1) Vendor needs to provide point–of–sale enterprise replacement service. – The proposed Point of Sale (POS) must be a 100% web–based, cloud–hosted Software–as–a–Service (SaaS) solution.– The system must be accessible via standard, modern web browsers (e.g., Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari) without requiring local server installations, VPNs, or proprietary desktop clients.– The solution must be fully compatible with the agency’s central Oracle EBS R12 environment.– The solution must feature a seamless, real–time API integration with Noteefy (automated tee–time waitlist and notification assistant).– The system must automatically sync tee–sheet inventory, cancellations, and real–time availability with Noteefy to allow automated booking notifications to be sent to golfers without manual staff intervention.– The agency highly prefers a platform that natively supports enterprise Single Sign–On (SSO) via Okta using standard SAML 2.0 or OIDC protocols.– The web booking engine and registration modules must protect the omaha.gov domain environment.– Must support standard POS functionality including tee–sheet check–ins, green fees, cart rentals, pro shop retail sales, and integrated credit card processing.– Public–Facing Booking Engine: The system must provide a secure, responsive web page for public online tee–time bookings.– Native Mobile App Ecosystem: The vendor must provide or support a dedicated mobile application available for download on both iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store) platforms.– Online Public Registration Portal (Mandatory): The system must allow course coordinators to create custom landing pages for leagues and tournaments where the public can sign up online.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.
