(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign, development, implementation, launch, migration, support and digital transformation services using content management system.– Modernize the university's web presence by creating two distinct audience–focused, user–centered, accessible, and sustainable digital experiences that support institutional goals and serves the needs of prospective students, current students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors, and community partners.– Advance the project through content strategy and writing, information architecture, user experience design, technical implementation, governance enablement, training, organizational change management, and ongoing website support.– Creating a more unified and user–centered website.– Website requires independent information architecture, navigation, content strategy, user experience design, potentially independent CMS platform and technical architecture, and implementation.– Evaluation of content structure, metadata, and discoverability in emerging AI–driven search and answer environments.– Analytics, SEO and AI discoverability.– Supports discoverability through both usability and search intent.– Seeks a new visual design that reflects its stature and distinctiveness while remaining highly usable, accessible, and sustainable across a complex ecosystem.– Front–end and back–end: Responsive HTML/CSS development and full CMS back–end development.– Automated and manual content migration.– Simplifying navigation, content discovery, and desired action completion.– Organic search visibility and AI discoverability.– Editorial efficiency and reduced duplication across the ecosystem.– Ensuring content, metadata, and information architecture support evolving search behaviors and AI–assisted information retrieval.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
