EXTRA-77114 - USA (Phoenix, Arizona) - System Administrator Services - Deadline October 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide system administrator services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.– System shall be capable of providing full project tracking, developing detailed cost proposals by line item, preparing independent estimates, generating all project documentation, project scheduling, budgeting and cost control for JOC Contractors, and generating customized reports in Excel format as requested by the state procurement officer.– Administrator shall prepare, test, debug, maintain, and provide software updates to the System, and provide technical support by telephone.– Administrator is required to maintain availability for physical attendance at all pre–job site walks and project administration sessions as necessary.– Maximize evaluation efficiency and mitigate incremental pricing tactics, the Administrator shall promote the utilization of comprehensive assemblies in lieu of individual line item selections whenever feasible.– To be delivered in a clear, concise program systematically structured into distinct divisions, task groups, products, assemblies, and services.– Software needs to provide a mechanism to assist with procurement and statutory requests, addressing code conformity and other regulatory requirements.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 16,2026.
