(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency board–up services to the government authority located in Merced, CA. – Provide 24/7 emergency response capability with a one–hour response time.– Be available for 24/7 on–call emergency response status for the agency. – Deliver victim assistance, support and advice, including food, clothing, shelter, communications, referrals, transition assistance, etc.– Provide victim assistance and structural stabilization services to both insured and uninsured individuals, regardless of social, economic, or geographic status.• Provide structural stabilization services:– Board–up (plywood cover of all openings such as doors, windows, and fire opening to secure property).– Structural stabilization– Roof covering (plastic tarp cover–up of roof and the ceiling openings to prevent inclement weather damage).– Temporary fencing(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.
