(1) Vendor needs to provide parks and recreation master plan update service to the government authority located in Morgan Hill, CA. – Provide professional services for the creation of an update to the city’s parks and recreation master plan.– Provide the 10–year vision and strategic framework for park development, capital reinvestment, recreation programming, and operational management.– Data collection and community engagement.– Consultant shall develop and implement a statistically valid community survey, paired with an open–access online survey, to identify community priorities, barriers to access, unmet facility needs, and funding willingness.– Operational maintenance sustainability, asset management, and cost recovery.– Sports tourism vs. resident facility needs assessment.– Review of existing conditions, inventory, and maintenance realities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026.
