CONS-22550 - USA (New Mexico) - Construction Manager at Risk Services - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in New Mexico.• The CM at risk shall provide a preliminary evaluation of the owner’s program and budget requirements, each in terms of the other.• The CM at risk shall consult with, advise, assist, and provide recommendations to the owner and the design team on all aspects of the planning and design of the work.• CM at risk shall perform its due diligence in visiting and thoroughly inspecting site and becoming familiar with all existing conditions, at each phase of design and construction document development; bringing any and all observations of concern to the attention of the architect and owner.• The CM at risk shall provide recommendations on construction feasibility; actions designed to minimize adverse effects of labor or material shortages; time requirements for procurement, installation and construction completion and factors related to construction cost including estimates of alternative designs or materials, preliminary budgets and possible economies.• The CM at risk shall prepare, for the review of the architect and owner’s authorized representative and approval of the owner, a preliminary cost estimate utilizing area, volume or similar conceptual estimating techniques.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on July 28, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
