(1) Vendor needs to provide automated parking payment system.– Install a hybrid ticketless parking system to improve traffic flow and modernize facilities. Replacing a defunct system, with a specification for a hybrid ticketless parking cloud – based software system that primarily utilizes automatic number plate recognition for a drive–through experience, with ticket backups for unrecognized plates.– High–definition, AI–powered cameras must capture plates in under 100ms.– Must include a secure cash recycler (accepting and dispensing coins and notes) and an EMV–certified credit card reader for contactless and chip payments.– Tracks live occupancy, revenue metrics, and high–resolution entry logs.– Allows pre–registered vehicles (staff or VIPs) to enter and exit without payment triggers.– Real–Time Synchronization: Direct integration with facility counting loops or camera–based sensors to display accurate space counts.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21,2026.
