(1) Vendor needs to provide athletic and band photography services • Photographer and studio will work cooperatively with school administrators, athletic directors, coaches, band directors, and other designated school personnel to establish photography dates and complete services within the required timelines.• Provide athletic team and band photography for the identified middle schools.• Coordinate photography dates with the athletic director, coaches, band director, and school administration.• Provide student and family photo package options and clearly communicate ordering and payment procedures.• Provide a process for make–up photographs and replacement/refund requests.• Deliver finished photographs no later than two weeks after the scheduled photography date unless an alternate timeline is approved by the school.• Provide a free 5x7 team photo to the Athletic Director
