(1) Vendor needs to provide discharge access database system coordinator services to the government authority located in MN. – Provide coordinator services for the Discharge Access Database System (DADS). – DADS provides a searchable database used by agency to locate veteran discharge documents, which are needed to access earned benefits. • Monitor system security emails daily.• Respond to user emails promptly each day.• Provide daily assistance to county personnel.• Prepare meeting notes, lists, and various documents used for educational purposes and presentations.• Support with system and user issues.• Communication with IT support to resolve issues and discuss enhancement ideas.• Monitoring, auditing, and updating user accounts, county set–ups, roles, and system usage.• Creation of presentation documents.
