(1) Vendor needs to provide internal audit software. – Provide an audit software solution for 20 staffs.– The solution will support management of the internal audit lifecycle that includes project management, audit planning, workpaper documentation and related approvals, and have comprehensive reporting capabilities.– The proposal should include software hosting options, core system capabilities, data migration options, implementation timeline, and the support model.• Complete audit trail of edits, approvals and version history.• Artificial Intelligence (AI) functionality or the ability for AI integration.• Integration of external files such as Microsoft’s Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, Adobe PDF.• Project/time and resource management capabilities such as time entry by audit, audit phase, task, risk area, and administrative categories.• Standardized and customized reporting and/or dashboards of the audit function such as budgeted versus actual audit hours, resource scheduling, chargeable versus non–chargeable hours, audit completion to date, audit issue aging, and overdue remediation reporting.• High system availability, approaching 24/7.• The ability to grant user access at the audit level based on project and role assignment.• The ability to perform the user access lifecycle (user creation/modification/revocation) without vendor intervention.• Appropriate security controls in place for confidential data storage.• Ability to archive audits.• Data migration options from current electronic audit software.• Level of system support and patch management cycle information.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
