Vendor needs to provide group trip service to the government authority located in Wilmington, MA. – Round trip motor coach transportation.– Non–stop flights are preferred, with no more than one stop on a major carrier.– Six nights hotel accommodations. Hotel accommodations as indicated.– Provide a complete written itinerary which shall include– A guarantee that the trip can accommodate a minimum of 25 attendees (excluding tour director).
