MEDI-8064 - USA (Iowa) - Virtual Medical Scribe Services - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide virtual medical scribe services for ophthalmology to the government authority located in Iowa. – Provide states–based virtual medical scribe services via a secure connection.– Patients, scribes will enter a patient's chart for data entry and the clinician will have read–only access to the chart to review clinical data.– Scribes will have scribe access and permissions to epic.– Provide a high level of service dedicated to ophthalmology appointments.– Provide service during the designated university appointment times.– Monitor and implement methods of improving service as needed.– Utilization of kaleidoscope for scribe input.– After each patient encounter, scribes will finalize documentation for the clinician's review and final signature.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
