(1) Vendor needs to provide public outreach consultant services to develop, implement and manage a comprehensive public outreach and education campaign.• Develop strategies to engage the public in understanding of municipal code, state regulations, proper sorting of curbside collection streams and waste reduction.• Create specific approaches for engaging residents, businesses, multi–family tenants, schools, non–profit organizations, and commercial edible food generators.• Establish effective communication and collaboration methods with franchise haulers to optimize outreach delivery to customers.• Create and execute an ongoing, year–round communication campaign targeting residents, multi–family complexes, and commercial businesses via direct mailers, bill inserts, utility bills, and door–to–door canvas operations.• Design print and digital educational materials regarding proper source–separation, organic waste recycling, and the environmental impacts of methane emissions to be distributed to all waste generators.• Develop localized content for the city website, social media, and other digital platforms.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
