(1) Vendor needs to provide parent partner services to the government authority located in Albany, NY. – Provide parent partner services with a focus on outreach and caregiver engagement, support and advocacy as they interface with the formal service delivery system.– Responsible for recruiting, screening, training and supervising the parent partners co–located at county probation.– Include collaboration with the families during the decision–making and planning process.– Outreach, engagement, and support will safely reduce the need for higher levels of care, including out of home placement.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
