Based on the Selection Procedure outlined in section 8.0 of RFP Number 2023-24-8500-00-040, the City of Hialeah has selected the follower Proposer to submit a proposal for the RFP – Step Two: • Terra International Services, LLC The City of Hialeah, Florida (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), will be accepting a sealed proposal from the Proposer for the development of the Hialeah City Center. The City is requesting a Public-Private Partnership (P3) pursuant to Section 255.065, Florida Statutes to develop the Project. Redevelopment of the existing City Hall located at 501 Palm Avenue is not to be part of the Project. Existing City Hall is excluded from this Project.
