(1) Vendor needs to provide impact fee structure and capital improvements plan service to the government authority located in Batesburg–Leesville, SC. – An impact development fee schedule or associated capital improvement plan for general fund departments police, fire, parks, public works.– Draft impact fee study provide a report that documents the fee study results, including to, a description of the overall methodology, findings, supporting justification, recommended fees and the calculations that provide the legal nexus between fee implementation and infrastructure improvements.– Fee calculation and analysis fees shall be calculated to provide for the identified infrastructure needs to support the anticipated growth in the town over a 20–year period.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
