STAFF-16921 - USA (Charleston, West Virgina) - Production Labor Provider Services - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide production labor provider services to the government authority located in Charleston, WV. – Supply stagehands, riggers, and live event production labor personnel on an as–needed basis for various events held at the agency.– Perform technical production services, including• Stagehands, ground and climbing riggers and truck loaders.• Forklift and boom lift operators.• Follow spot operators, audio and lighting console operators and camera operators.• Carpet layers and set assembly and dismantle technicians.• Loading and unloading of trucks, movement of freight and uncrating and crating of client property.• Curtain placement, construction, assembly and flooring installation.• Assisting with AV equipment delivery and setup; handling and installing suspended electric motors, truss, lights and signage.• Power supply and distribution including hookups and interconnections, lighting and data, network cabling and dismantling of show production or theatrical related equipment within the facility.• Event related skilled labor required by the agency, as requested from time–to–time, including rigging, loading and unloading of trucks, movement of freight, uncrate and crate client’s property, curtain placement, construction, assembly, carpet placement and flooring, assisting with AV equipment delivery and set up, and/or set up of props and scenery and work relating to event electrical systems, handling and installing suspended electric motors, truss, lights, and signage, power supply and distribution, including hookups and interconnections, lighting and data, handling and installing network cabling operation, dismantling of show production or theatrical related equipment within the facility.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
