(1) Vendor needs to provide on call stormwater management maintenance service to the government authority located in Hagerstown, MD. – Develop a team that is capable of offering the various services: • Site superintendent: A Site Superintendent must have experience/knowledge of stormwater management construction requirements.– Superintendent is required to be on every project to direct the work.• Operators: The operators shall be capable of operating equipment and possess agency certifications as required.• Laborers: The laborer shall be capable of performing the work required to complete the project.• Typical rehabilitation/maintenance services:– Repairs/replacement of perimeter fencing– Repairs and stabilization of access roads– Repairs/replacement of inflow pipes and swales– Repairs, clearing and stabilization of forebays– Repairs, clearing and stabilization of embankments.– Repairs/replacement of control structure components– Repairs/replacement of outfall area components– Repairs, clearing and stabilization of emergency spillways– Repairs, clearing and stabilization of storage areas.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid conference/teleconference will be held on September 30, 2026.
