REV 6/27/2022 METROPOLITAN COUNCIL Notice of Request for Proposals (RFP) for Housing Forward Cities – Missing Middle Project Contract Number 26P159 The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals for strategic leadership to build a coalition of “Housing Forward Cities” and develop a suite of technical tools. The coalition will review best practices for land use, zoning, and building codes to identify best strategies to advance ‘Missing Middle’ development. The selected Contractor will review existing zoning, land use, and building codes and provide advisory services to Housing Forward Cities.
