(1) Vendor needs to provide complete, secure, integrated law–enforcement video and digital evidence solution include body–worn cameras, in–car/mobile video recording systems, a digital evidence management platform, cloud or approved hybrid storage, docking and charging equipment, vehicle integration, installation, data migration, user and administrator training, warranties, hardware replacement or refresh, technical support, cybersecurity protections, and all related software licenses and services.• The solution shall be a current–production, commercially supported law–enforcement system with a demonstrated record of successful use by public safety agencies.• Body–worn and in–car video shall operate within one integrated evidence–management environment, or through a documented, seamless interface that preserves common metadata, user permissions, audit trails and chain of custody.• All components shall be new and unused at initial deployment, except where the Township expressly authorizes reuse of compatible existing equipment.• The system shall function without requiring officers to manually handle removable media for routine upload or evidence transfer.• High–definition video recording suitable for evidentiary use, with configurable resolution, frame rate and compression settings.• Wide–angle field of view and low–light performance appropriate for patrol operations, with automatic or user–selectable low–light enhancement.• Integrated microphone capable of clear evidentiary audio recording and configurable audio muting only where permitted by agency policy.• Secure device authentication and prevention of unauthorized local deletion, alteration or playback of evidentiary files.• Automatic date/time synchronization, unique device identification, officer assignment and metadata association.• Forward–facing video shall provide high–definition evidentiary recording, low–light capability, wide dynamic range and sufficient detail to document traffic stops and roadway events.• Interior video shall include infrared or equivalent low–light illumination for night–time prisoner compartment recording.• Secure browser–based or approved client access with role–based permissions, multi–factor authentication for privileged users, single sign–on capability where available, and centralized user administration.• Automatic ingestion of video, audio, photographs, documents and other digital evidence from proposed devices and from authorized external sources.• Comprehensive metadata capture, including user, device, date/time, location, incident/case number, category, retention class and source.• 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year access to technical support for critical system outages and evidence–access emergencies.• A designated account or customer–success manager and documented escalation path.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
