(1) Vendor needs to provide lead hazard reduction and healthy homes intervention services to the government authority located in Waterbury, CT.– Door’s entry:– New pre–hung steel insulated entry door system with adjustable threshold.– Install single cylinder deadbolt plus passage set as manufactured by approved equal.– Doors:– Furnish and install overhead garage doors (number as specified) including all mounting hardware (tracks, rails, springs, etc.) as required to make operational. Hardware shall include an outside handle and keyed lock for each door.– Liquid encapsulation.– Paint:– Prep, prime, and paint all new or existing stripped components (except pressure treated wood) unless specifically indicated otherwise.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.(3) mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 13, 2026.
