(1) Vendor needs to provide WAN services including data links that connect multiple points, services used to connect eligible locations to the Internet, and services that provide basic conduit access to the Internet to the government authority located in Tyler, TX.– The Second E‐Rate Modernization Order, eligible costs to include: monthly charges, special construction, installation and activation charges, modulating electronics and other equipment necessary to make a Category One broadband service functional, and maintenance and operation charges.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
