(1) Vendor needs to provide speech and language therapy services to the government authority located in Beckley, WV.– To develop a daily schedule for each day worked, specifying the time each student is seen for speech therapy.– This includes updating and sending a revised schedule to office of special programs speech–language coordinator as changes occur.– To complete speech–language screenings and rescreens in a timely manner (i.e. ten days after Intent to screen requested; 45 days after school begins for Pre–K or K when no health check presented).– All speech–language evaluations should include evaluation results, including informal procedures and observations.– To provide consultative services to special education teachers, support staff, and parents for appropriate generalization of targeted speech and language skills.
